this story takes place on an island, which is not known about, giving off a creepy vibe about the story. From this setting I can predict something horror related will occur.

What do you like about the authors writing style?

In the middle of some chapters the author usually adds in images of creatures, which I find as a nice touch to the story.

are you aware of the conflict the character has to solve?

the conflict is that the main character found his grandfather just before he died. His grandfather whispered to him about an island. From there the main character travels to the island to learn about his grandfathers past.
